There are many older and aged single ply, sheet type roof systems commonly called rubber roofs that can be rejuvenated and restored. We have several different systems to repair, reinforce and coat EPDM, PVC, TPO, Hypalon and torch down or modified bitumen roofs. Often these can be covered with a new ten year warranty. These recoated roofs extend the life of your existing roof without the expense or risk of tearing off your roof. They also change any black roofs bright white so that they will help keep your building cooler.
